Beyond Research didn't start because I had all the answers. It started because I had questions.
As a researcher, I was looking for a place to keep learning, exchange ideas, and have honest conversations with people who were just as curious as I was. So instead of building a community around expertise, I built one around curiosity.
Today, Beyond Research exists so the next researcher doesn't have to grow alone.

As I grew, Beyond Research became my way to stay connected with people I wanted to learn from.
Every initiative we run answers one of three needs we kept hearing from Indonesian researchers: a way to keep learning, a way to find each other, and a way to feel less alone in the work.
Researchers in Indonesia rarely get a structured way to keep getting better at their craft. We try to fix that, by consistently running events and creating resources you can actually apply on your work.
